Discussions are collaborative learning experiences. Therefore, the student will complete seven discussions in this class. Each thread must be 500–750 words and include at least three citations. In addition to the thread, the student is required to reply to 2 classmates’ threads. Each reply must be 450–600 words and include two citations. All citations must follow current APA formatting. The student will complete a ground-up real estate development proposal for a residential, retail, or office development. The paper should reflect professional writing, and current APA standards, and include at least 10 scholarly references (e.g., peer-reviewed journal articles). The body of this essay must be 2,500–3,750 words in length, not counting the title page and reference page, and integrate a biblical worldview within the context of real estate development.
