   1. This quiz will confirm that the student has completed the Student Information step of the Gate 3 Application.
2. Agreement Quiz
   1. This quiz will confirm that the student has completed the Agreement step of the Gate 3 Application.
3. Teaching Experience & License Quiz
   1. This quiz will determine whether the student holds a current teaching license and if the student has teaching experience.
4. DCPA Quiz
   1. This quiz will confirm that the student’s Degree Completion Plan Audit shows proof of at least a 2.5 GPA, Gate 2 clearance and that the student is registered for all remaining courses, aside from EDUC 698.
5. Criminal Check Quiz
   1. This quiz will confirm that the student has submitted a copy of his/her Criminal clearance report in the Gate 3 Application portal.
6. FBI Fingerprinting Quiz
   1. This quiz will confirm that the student has submitted a copy of his/her FBI Fingerprinting clearance report in the Gate 3 Application portal.
7. VA Child Abuse Quiz
   1. This quiz will confirm that the student has submitted a copy of his/her Virginia Child Abuse Registry Check clearance report in the Gate 3 Application portal if the student is completing student teaching in Virginia.
