Buy Solved WRSP 410-The Mission and Mandate for Worship
Course Description
This is a study of the biblical purposes and mandate for worship according to the principles of Romans 12:1-21. The study of worship is viewed in light of a lifestyle of worship.
For information regarding the prerequisites for this course, please refer to the Academic Course Catalog.
Rationale
Over the past 20 years, there have been significant changes in “the way” evangelicals practice worship. Many changes are driven by shifts and modifications in communication, technology, and cultural influences. Too often, worshipers tend to compartmentalize the study of worship from the living of worship. What is needed is a cognitive understanding of the role of worship in daily living—the renewing of our minds. Worshipers need to know how everything in life, in one way or another, is a reflection of our love for the Lord and becomes part of our lifestyle.
