Measurable Learning Outcomes

Discussions (4)

Each of the four Discussions will consist of a discussion thread, and at least two replies. The Discussion is based on project management cases. The instructor is looking for substantial, thoughtful, and critical discussions. (Note:  Please review the assignment instructions for assignment details.)

Annotated Bibliography Assignments (Leading Global Projects) (2)

When one considers Leading Global Projects, Project Management, and Project Management Topics it is important to understand the current literature and research.  To this end, students will prepare two annotated bibliographies.  During Module 4, the student will select five leading trends in project management and will submit the Annotated Bibliography: Global Project Management Trends Assignment. During Module 8, the student will choose a topic from a provided list of relevant themes in project management and submit the Annotated Bibliography: Global Projects Future Trends Assignment.

Discussion: Integration of Faith and Learning

During Module 7, students will view a presentation related to the integration of faith and working in the business community.  Each student will choose one learning outcome (Syllabus:  Learning Outcomes A-C only) and write about how it relates to biblical integration in the Discussion. Then, submit a reply to a minimum of two classmates.  Discussions and replies should be substantial, thoughtful, as well as critical. Original threads are due by 11:59 p.m. (ET) on Sunday of Module 7 and the replies should be submitted by 11:59 p.m. (ET) on Friday of Module 8.

Quiz: Midterm and Final Exams (2)

There will be a midterm and a final exam in this course. Students will have a 75-minute time limit to complete 50 true/false questions. If any aspect of the question is false, the entire item is false. Otherwise, it is true. No trick questions. The exams are open notes/open books and can only be taken one time. The exams must be completed by 11:59 p.m. (ET) on the last day of the assigned module.
